Although some of our items have just released, they are in high demand. Our company operates on a first-come first-serve basis. This only means that by the time you were going to checkout your items, another customer has already successfully closed their transaction before you could. Just remember, try to check back the next day for any cancelled orders, because these items wil be available to purchase again. But to avoid all of this, try to checkout items in your bag as soon as possible.

WHAT IS FREE LOCAL PICKUP?
We offer the option of free local pickup for those who are not interested in shipping. Please advise, the free local pickup will be located in the GTA. Instructions with a precise location and available dates and times will be included in your pickup notification e-mail. For faster processing, under “Order Notes”, please indicate the dates and time in preference to pick up your order.
IF I CHOSE LOCAL PICKUP, CAN I PAY IN PERSON?
Sorry! Unfortunately there is no ption of paying in person at this time. Please make sure you complete the transaction online prior to the pickup. WE CANNOT DO ADD-ONS IN PERSON.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
We are offering a flat rate of $13 for shipping to the rest of Canada including Ontario (outside of the GTA). There is also a flat rate of $18 for international orders (outside of Canada). Please advise, we reserve the right to change or discontinue these rates at any given time. The cost of your shipping rate will be displayed at checkout. By completing your transaction, you are agreeing to pay for the shipping cost.
I WROTE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
As a customer, you are responsible for providing the complete and accurate address for the delivery of your purchase. All orders which are returned to us due to faulty addresses will be charged standard shipping rates if you request the order to be reshipped. If you are aware of providing us with wrong address, please e-mail us as soon as possible so we can fix this before delivering your order.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR THE SHIPPING OPTION?
Alll of our products are made to order. Processing can take up to 1 week from the date the order is placed. Shipping could potentially take up to 10 business days from the original ship date to all of Canada (depending on location. International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on location and customs clearance. SHOPMIABELLA is not responsible for any shipping delays in regards to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or shipping provider error.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
SHOPBELLAXO’s mission is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept the return of any unused items purchased on our website. On that note, we cannot accept those that have been opened unless they are damaged, defective or an incorrect item. All issues related to returns returns and replacements, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order to email@example.com. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange of items at this time.
